Fees and Early Years Entitlement
Fees
Bailgate Preschool operates on a sessional basis for children aged 2-4. Our fees for each session are reviewed annually and are communicated to parents in advance.
Morning Session (9:00 am – 12:00 pm):
£25 - 2 Year olds
£21 For 3+ Year olds
Afternoon Session (12:00 pm – 3:00 pm):
£25 - 2 Year olds
£21 For 3+ Year olds
Full Day Session (9:00 am – 3:00 pm):
£50 - 2 Year olds
£42 For 3+ Year olds
Voluntary charges: As a charity we ask parents/carers for a voluntary contribution to cover the costs of:
Snacks and sundaries (for example outings, sun creams, cooking activities etc.)
The amount is dependant on the number of sessions your child attends per term.
An invoice is sent out termly from our committee treasurer with a full breakdown of your voluntary charges.
Early Years Entitlement
3 & 4-Year-Old: All children are entitled to 15 hours funded childcare from the term after their 3rd birthday. Some children are eligible for up to 30 hours of funded childcare, funded through the Early Years Entitlement, starting the term after their third birthday. This additional funding depends on parents meeting certain criteria.
2-Year-Olds: Some 2-year-olds may qualify for up to 30 hours of funded childcare based on eligibility criteria (such as income).
